About

I work with founders and investors at moments where decisions become hard to reverse - scaling, structure, capital, and strategic direction.
My background is not traditional consulting. I began building businesses in the early 1990s, in environments where markets, standards, and operating models had to be created from scratch. Over the years, I built and operated infrastructure companies across radio communications, security systems, early internet access, last-mile networks, and digital platforms - often with limited capital, unclear rules, and high operational risk.
Building from zero changes how you see growth. Many expensive failures do not come from poor execution. They come from assumptions that were never properly examined before scaling - and only become visible when they are already costly to unwind.
In practice, I am often involved around major commitments: fundraising, senior hires, structural shifts, acquisitions, or post-investment inflection points where growth begins to mask operational fragility. Sometimes that includes situations where board narratives drift from operational reality and early signals are easier to ignore than confront.
My work focuses on surfacing blind spots, pressure-testing logic, and aligning narrative, numbers, and execution before commitments are locked in - or before misalignment becomes structural.
To make this process consistent, I developed a structured format called the Forensic Strategic Review - an independent logic audit designed to identify hidden risks and “logic leaks” in post-Seed and Series A companies.
I do not offer motivation or generic advice.
I help reduce decision risk before momentum makes change expensive.
